Buffet breakfast @ One-Ninety, Four Seasons Hotel

The hubby celebrated my birthday with a staycation at Four Seasons Hotel. It was such a frantic rush during the wedding so we decided to make up for it with a nice relaxing stay to enjoy the facilities available.

I'm not sure how they knew, but the lovely folks at Four Seasons sent up a birthday cake to the suite. It's the little things like this that show the attentiveness of the staff and defines truly good customer service.

Breakfast was at One-Ninety, located at the ground level of the hotel. The buffet spread is rather decent, with good varieties. Well, see for yourself with the pictures below.

Breads & bagels with a huge selection of spreads like kaya, peanut butter, raspberry jam, and even my fav lavendar honey!
Cooked food station - eggs & sausages, porridge, soya milk, nasi lemak and Indian cuisine
Selection of cheese, juices, cereal and salads (not pictured)
Muesli and fruits
Smoked meats. The orange-colored fish is trout by the way, not salmon.
My serving of porridge with toppings. The braised peanuts are really tender!
Dim sum

I went for scrambled eggs - omelettes are also available
Again, the service at One-Ninety is impeccable, just like the rest of the hotel. Plates were cleared promptly and the restaurant manager even stopped by to ask how we were enjoying our breakfast.

The breakfast costs $45++ per pax, but since our hotel stay included breakfast, we simply signed the check to our room.
